At Eye4Sky we are in luck. We have won a contract with CDTI to design the first Spanish quantum key distribution project with a low orbit satellite (LEO-QKD).
We are going to build an innovative, ambitious, practical and demonstrable solution that will represent a qualitative leap for Spain to be at the forefront of this technology.
Our polarization modulators based on liquid crystals are one of the essential components to achieve this challenge.
We will not do it alone. We are accompanied by a solid team led by Telespazio Ibérica and formed by Deimos, Gradiant, ALTER Technology, INTA, ICFO, IAC, IEEC, i2CAT, UPM and the University of Vigo.
